What is the process of designing and installing a landscape?
Watt Landscaping has a unique design and build process that places our focus on our client. As part of the initial consultation, we ask clients to complete our proprietary Owner Preference Assessment@. This is followed by an on-site consultation which usually ends with a preliminary landscape plan. Depending of the scope and local design regulations, a preliminary estimate will be prepared and discussed for a final proposal. Upon approval, your landscape project will be placed on our construction calendar. Once installation begins, completion of the project is our number one concern. What is Watt Landscaping’s payment policy?
We normally require a 30% deposit upon agreement to install your landscape, 20% at the onset of installation, and the remaining 50% at the satisfactory completion of the job. We do not require large deposits paid up front or projects paid in full prior to completion.
Does Watt Landscaping provide guarantees?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 1-year guarantee on trees and large shrubs. Smaller plant materials are generally established within 6 months. If an issue arises with your installation, you can count on Watt Landscaping to be there for you.
Who shall I call with questions or concerns?
At Watt Landscaping, we take communication seriously. Your initial personal contact will be a consultation with our registered landscape architect. He will stay with you throughout the duration of the job, from the proposal stage through implementation, all the way to completion. This person will spend a good deal of time overseeing your project, ensuring attention to detail, easy communication, and great results.
Will Watt Landscaping match a competing quote?
Chances are, we can, however, price disparities are often based on companies willing to cut corners, sacrifice quality, provide cheaper labor, or provide poorer, cheaper plant materials. At Watt Landscaping we price fairly, based on high quality craftsmanship and materials. With us, you always get a little more than you pay for.
