Watt Landscaping uses their Owner Preference Landscape System© TO DESIGN the outdoor environment you’ve always wanted.
The Owner Preference Landscape System (OPLS©) is a complete design and build landscape system developed by Watt Landscaping to add value, long term enjoyment, and security to your property. OPLS© begins by understanding your needs and desires for your landscape and then applying the art and science of professional landscaping to make it happen.
Your first step is to Schedule a Consultation. As part of the consultation process, clients receive our Owner Preference Assessment© which can be completed prior to (or during) the on-site consultation.
Step two is an on-site consultation (2-3 hours) with our Registered Landscape Architect Jason Watt, who will clarify your preferences and goals and apply his 19 years of design-build experience to achieve the outdoor environment you’ve always wanted. Taking measurements and assessing existing plants, landscape features, and property characteristics is also part of the on-site consultation.
Step three is final approval and calendar scheduling. In this step, final adjustments will be made to ensure that client preferences, goals, and budget guidelines are met. Projects that require Home Owner Association detailed plans may require additional time for approval.
